Hi, I started playing sports from an early age. All my life, I've trained or played something. I started practicing swimming at the age of 7, trained it throughout elementary school and later waterpolo for a while. At the same time I was practicing volleyball. I ended up playing volleyball and working as a professional athlete. I have 20 years of active player experience in this sport. I coached in the big leagues. And am a national referee. At some 19-20 years of age, professional sports lead to the first chronic injuries. Then I decided to go to the gym and make myself "big" in an effort to repair injuries. After 7 years of this and studying at the Faculty of Kinesiology, the situation with my health has become very bad. I hed more injuries despite stronger and larger muscles. Eating 5-6 times a day mainly protein food has done its job. It lead me to feel sick physically and mentally. I got into serious health problems and started learning manically and looking for a solution driven by despair and fear , since medicine has not helped me at all for almost a decade. Luckily I meet Himalayan yogi and started learning yoga under his guidance. Because I developed a good disciplinary habit with sports he loved working with me and teaching me. We became great friends and I studied with him on a personal level for 3 years. At that time, I also change my diet and started eating only and exclusively fruit diet over the years. All my illness and chronic pain have disappeared. My teacher then went to India. And I followed him there. After a while, I went back and started teaching yoga as he instructed. But I felt like I had a lot to learn before I taught anyone anything. So then I start giving instructions and for two years I practiced yoga 5-6 hours daily and learned about everything. I'm started to understand how the body works in ways that no one taught me at either the faculty of kinesiology or professional sports. I realized things like the amazing fact that being one-sided (left-handed or vice versa) is completely unnatural. These and many other things of that nature. And I corrected them with ease on my body. I straighten my flat feet, straighten my spinal column and dealt with absolutely all the physical pain over time that I have suffered and taken pills every day for almost a decade. I started fasting during that time and over the years I did fasting periods over 30 days many times. I managed to go without food and liquid for nine days at one point. I also changed my diet gradually to raw foods. For the last 6 years I have been living on a diet almost exclusively eating fruit. This solved all my health problems. As for yoga, after a few years I came to the wall with my practice and needed guidance. I went back to India and travelled through the Himalayas with my backpack and found several different yogis that helped me move on. I spent six months there on two occasions . Since then, I've still been in constant practice. About seven years ago, I decided to dedicate my life to this and I'm sticking to it. Yoga workshop : I've been doing yoga every day for years and I've spent my life working out so far. I wake up at 4:30 in the morning and practice pranayama and concentration for two hours. Then later in the day I do an asana practice. This taught me about how to make the body relaxed and pain-free. And through the work of breath to release a large amount of hormones and natural DMT and thus feel all the positive effects that even the drug can not provide you. All natural. Although this requires the right discipline and practice, you will feel a taste of it after the workshop.
